The Saga Continues: A quest for pricing at home depot

I didn’t mention it in any of my posts at the time, but I had a very frustrating experience with home depot a couple days ago, where I spent about an hour trying to get my simple question about the price of 2 by 4s and 3/4 inch ply answered. Numerous transfers and eons of crappy hold music later, I still was without an anwer, and decided to try again another day. No biggie.

I only post now because I’m sitting next to a very frustrated Zachary, who has been on the phone with them for upwards of an hour and a half. Employees transfer him willy-nilly, and we have only made progress since he started picking departments that might not be busy to harass about going down to the lumber aisle and check for us. We’re currently speaking to a wonderful representative from the doors department. The only reason we’re bothering with the (archaic) telephone anyway is because their website has no information on lumber costs.

What I’m saying here is, home depot, someone has left holes in your service by failing to post the cost of one of your major products. If you need someone to update your website, you know where to find me.
